Roblox can ban people for saying things that are not inappropriate.
In Roblox, moderators are AI.
Well, Roblox could; if human moderators were back, people would have less chance of getting or being banned for absolutely no reason.
If you talk to your friends or strangers or anyone, you can have a chance of getting a chat warning that accuses you of ‘sharing personal information’ or random warnings… even when you are not sharing personal information or swear words or words about drugs or alcohol, If you are tied to the Roblox terms of service and like to chat, you still get warnings/chat suspensions. Why is everything all tech? Roblox needed to have the real human moderators that are controlled by real people that are humans that are qualified to moderate the good from the bad; it will be much easier for both the Roblox moderating system and the people to enjoy their games. Just not warning/suspending people for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Roblox’s moderation shouldn’t be AI in the chat; it should be a group of human workers (real people) in a Roblox basement scanning every single chat between people and experiences, both offline and online. Roblox AI moderators are the murderers of innocent accounts. Numbers should be allowed on Roblox as long as you don’t send phone numbers. I am innocent; this made me not want to talk on Roblox chat systems any more. Better AI that are not Roblox nor moderation, such as grammar checkers, some image generators or enhancers, etc., should be okay. AI and moderation shouldn’t mix; otherwise, innocent people’s accounts are getting banned for JUST texting.
Even saying a small, kind ‘hi’ gets your perspective’s chat access blocked for a 10-minute period.
